Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

Flat-Rate Shipping

A flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 is charged on each order unless otherwise stated during checkout or as part of a special promotion.

Processing and Turnaround Time

Most items are handmade, customized, personalized, or made to order.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. This turnaround time begins after:

Payment has been completed.
All personalization details have been submitted.
Any required photographs, names, sizes, colors, or other information have been received.

The 5–7 business-day turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, or USPS delivery time.

Shipping time begins after the order has been completed and accepted by USPS.

TikTok Live Claims

TikTok Live claim orders will begin processing after payment has been completed.

Customers must complete checkout within the timeframe announced during the live event. Unpaid claims may be canceled and released to another customer.

Multiple claimed items may be packaged and shipped together when possible.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout. Please allow time for USPS to scan the package and update the tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The total time required to receive an order includes:

5–7 business days for production, plus USPS shipping time.

Delivery may be delayed because of severe weather, holidays, high shipping volume, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Buzzing Bling by Bellabees & Jack is not responsible for USPS delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully review your:

Full name
Street address
Apartment or unit number
City
State
ZIP code

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipping preparation.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will not be refunded.

The customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee before the package can be shipped again.

Orders that are refused or left unclaimed are not eligible for a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

When tracking shows that a package is delayed or missing in transit, please contact USPS directly.

You may also email us at buzzingblingbybellabeesandjack@yahoo.com, and we will provide any available order and tracking information to assist with the carrier inquiry.

Refunds will not be issued solely because of USPS delays.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Buzzing Bling by Bellabees & Jack is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS or for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers should check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, contact their local USPS office, and submit a missing-mail inquiry when necessary.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email buzzingblingbybellabeesandjack@yahoo.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Include:

Your full name
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Please keep the item and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Combining Orders

Separate orders are not guaranteed to be combined. When multiple orders can be combined into one shipment, previously paid shipping fees will not automatically be refunded.
